Sync Offline Notification Emails

Anytime your encoder with StreamSpot SYNC is reporting offline and you have an event within 3 days you will receive a notification.  Offline is considered if the system has not checked in within 5 minutes.  If your system is offline you should receive an email notification to let you know it's offline to begin troubleshooting. An example of this can be seen below.

    Can this notification be made immediate? As in, as soon as 5 minutes has elapsed since the encoder has checked in, can it notify me? We had an incident the other day when the power flicked on and off about an hour before a broadcast event, resetting the system and leaving the encoder off. Because these notifications only seem to be sent on the first subsequent morning, I had no idea the encoder was offline until after the event was over.
