Submitting a Support Ticket through the Knowledgebase

The StreamSpot Knowledgebase has tons of great helpful articles on troubleshooting and supporting everything you do with StreamSpot.  Now, with your MyStreamSpot login, you can also submit a ticket from the KB that's linked directly to your MyStreamSpot account.

To Start, simply go to the Knowledgebase

From there click on Submit a Request in the top right.




This will take you to where you can fill out all the information for your ticket.  Make sure to include any screenshots you may have of the issue or question to help the Support Team isolate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.  




Also Please note, when you're typing your Issue/Question it will auto populate with related Knowledgebase articles in case you may have missed them.
