Audio not working on mobile devices (iOS, Android)

If a broadcast has audio on a computer but not on a mobile device, it could be an issue with your encoding settings.

Audio settings (recommended):

  • AAC Codec (legacy support for MP3)
  • 48000 Mhz
  • 128kbps bitrate

Other combinations may work on some devices, but the above settings will work with a majority of mobile devices.
