StreamSpot Support can be reached by phone at 513-609-4003 ext. 2 or by ticket during operating hours.

Note: Phone support is only available for Pro and Premiere customers.

Our call-center support hours are as follows (Eastern Timezone): 

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m. 


After-hours support 
is handled through our online ticketing system. Customers on one of the following plans can open a ticket at our online helpdesk:

  • StreamSpot PREMIERE (priority, front-of-line service) -> Initial response within 12-hours
  • StreamSpot PRO (priority) -> Initial response within 24-hours
  • StreamSpot LITE -> Initial response within 48-hours
