StreamSpot Support can be reached by submitting a ticket during standard operating hours. (Eastern Standard Time). 

  • StreamSpot PREMIERE (priority, front-of-line service) -> Initial response within 12-hours
  • StreamSpot PRO (priority) -> Initial response within 24-hours
  • StreamSpot LITE -> Initial response within 48-hours 

Standard Hours of Operation

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

After-hours support

Requests not falling within our standard hours are handled exclusively through our online ticketing system. After-hours is considered any time that does not fall within our standard operating hours (see above).
