Please note that this functionality is available for account administrators only.
1. At the top right corner of the portal, click on "Account Settings".
2. Click on "Manage Payment Information". Alternatively, you can navigate to https://mystreamspot.com/billing/manage-payment-info.
3. You can edit your primary card, add a new card, or set up an ACH payment. Click on "Credit Card" or "Bank Account" to proceed.
4. Fill in or edit all of the fields, then click "Add Card" or "Update Payment Method".
In order to allow recurring monthly payments with the payment method, made sure to tick the authorization check-box:
To remove a payment method from your StreamSpot account, please contact billing support.
