Our automated billing workflow will display a notice in the MyStreamSpot customer portal when your account meets the criteria ( IE, your invoice is past due, etc). To pay an invoice, navigate to https://mystreamspot.com/billing.
Please note that this functionality is available for account administrators only.
1. Click on "StreamSpot Tasks" located at the top of the MyStreamSpot portal.
2. Click on "Invoices and Billing" or navigate to https://mystreamspot.com/billing.
3. On the right side of each invoice, there is a "Download Invoice" button. Clicking this button will allow you to view and download a PDF of each invoice.
