AXIS Streaming Assistant - "No Contact" with Camera

If your (AXIS) camera status shows as "No Contact" within the Streaming Assistant, try one or more of the following:

 

  • Select the camera, then click the Refresh button (blue cycle arrows).

 

  •  Reconnect the camera to the POE injector (left), then the network switch (right).  

 

  • Restart the encoder (PC/Mac).

 

When the camera status changes to OK, video should be available and you can resume broadcasting.
