YouTube Channel Live Streaming Verification

To determine if live streaming is enabled on your YouTube Account:

  • go to: https://www.youtube.com/live_dashboard_splash
  • If you see the following, you will need to enable live streaming:
  • Click "Get Started"

  • Enter a phone number for a confirmation text to be sent:


  • Enter the confirmation code you receive:
  • Live streaming should be granted within 24-hours:

If you're redirected to: https://www.youtube.com/live_dashboard, you've got live streaming enabled.

    I wish this actually worked, I have tried this at least 10 times. I also do not find the support at SS helpful,
